We are currently shipping and selling to Southeast QLD and several delivery methods are available.
Shipping methods include:
– Gold Coast Free Local Pickup (from Ashmore 4214)
– Gold Coast Free Delivery (on orders over $1000)
– Gold Coast Flat Rate $50 (on orders under $1000)
– Brisbane Free Local Pickup (from Ashmore 4214)
– Brisbane Free Delivery (on orders over $1500)
– Brisbane Flat Rate $75 (on orders under $1000)
– Sunshine Coast Pickup (from Ashmore 4214)
– Sunshine Coast Flat Rate $125
– Small items can be shipped via regular couriers and post quotes.
– All Other areas are pickup from our factory in Ashmore, please contact us for a shipping or delivery quote.
Deliveries and Pickups cannot be made until payment has cleared.
We currently deliver to Gold Coast post codes on Tuesday and Thursday.
We currently deliver to Brisbane post codes on Tuesday and Thursday and by arrangement.

Currently we are only delivering to the greater Gold Coast area, and Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Byron Coast on arrangement. We deliver several times a week. If you would like to check availability before ordering, please contact us.
We can deliver to physical locations only. We cannot deliver to post office boxes or mail boxes. Someone must be on site, and delivery must be signed for.

Air-conditioning units are covered by a 5 year manufacturers warranty for residential applications and 1 or 2 years if a commercial application (brand depending). Additional parts, materials and supplies have a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
Warranty claims are to be lodged with directly with the unit manufacturer based on the details on the warranty card supplied with your aircon unit.
If we install your unit through our parent company or sub contractors, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Mark on 0401807529BH to assess and/or process your warranty.
Returns are accepted if you have not opened, installed or damaged the air-conditioner unit. Returns must be delivered to our Ashmore factory and a restocking fee of 15% is to be paid. We do not cover the cost of return freight.
Returns are not accepted if you have changed your mind. If you are unsure what unit, brand and size you are after please contact us before ordering.

All purchases are for the products listed only. Purchase of air-conditioners does not include labour or installation. It includes the product only for installation by the qualified person of your choice, or ask us for a quote for installation while we are delivering your products.
